cooking and eating with family/friends

Well Kym, Ty and I cooked Sunday dinner together and ate. We had fun doing it and joking around at the same time. It was good to eat healthy food again. We did chick breast on a Foreman grill w/pasta and spag sauce and corn/peas. Had to have the slim fast shake in there also. It was great to sit down and eat together.
