Doing good
Aug. 23rd, 2017 08:56 pmWell still doing good but did slip up a bit...not on the workout though...I did do the bed exercises again today and made almost all the way through...just could not get the last 2 exercises done, I will do them next time. I want to be able to work up to 3 sets but I know that will probably take about a month or 2. I am not going to push to the point I quit. I did eat a plain bacon cheese burger today and drank 2 monsters and I know that was not good but hey we had baked chicken and a baked yam for dinner and I have drank a lot of water today and did not use sugar in my lemon/tea today
Tomorrow after work is the dance exercise and arm workout and we will see how far we make it..
Not much else going on this week except work and last minute packing to move back to Ia. I am going to miss AZ and if we win the power ball we will not be moving ...lol...it is a nice dream.. I really did say a lot of prayers that Kym would find work here but it was not meant to be, so we go home to IA where she has one job interview and other promising job leads. I will admit it will be nice to have our own place and be able to use our own things and not have to live out of totes and our four legged children will be able to run the house and not have to stay in one room all the time. I have also promised myself I will embrace the winters and get through them. I do know that when Kym gets to working I will no longer work overtime hrs unless I really want to and it is for something special.
I really have to be thankful for my friend Rick and my sister Tyann who have helped us pull the money together to have a place to live and the money to get back home and also very thankful to Random for her help and support...I don't have the words to tell you how much you mean to us except thank you from the bottom of my heart.
So time to call it a night and try to sleep have to do this work thing tomorrow...Good night sleep well...dragons hugs and licks
