Well working out alot and I am actually getting somewhere. I try to work out 5 days a week for at least 2hrs a day, would like to work up to 3hrs a day but to do that I need my own vechical and my license back. I will get there.
I am still taking Slimquick and I really like it. I know if I work harder at watching what I eat it would work better. So now it is time to work on that part of it. I have dropped some of the weight and am now doing more toning that building. I have noticed the difference. My arms are starting to show a difference.
So tomorrow is lower body work out and then I have to make myself do core workouts over the weekend to keep up.
I have found out that if I don't work out for a week I end up in alot of pain and so when I go to Mexico I don't know what I will do. Maybe by then I will be ready for another break, but for right now I am just loving it.
