Well it was another day at work and of course things up there never change. I really wanted to open my mouth and tell Lynn off but as we all know Lynn can do no wrong and has her nose up the big bosses ass. Anyway it was a long day at work and I just want it to be over so I could go work out again.

Sheila came and got me around 5 and we went to the workout center and worked out for an hour and it felt so good. I am becoming addicted to it again. I should still do 1 mile on the Gazelle but not really feeling up to it. I did do my upper body work out today and will do crunches before I take a shower tonight. I got on the scales and I have lost 4lbs in one week. Now let's see if I can do it again this next week. When I reach 15lbs I want to get a butterfly tattoo. When I reach the 30lbs goal I want to get my Thunderbird tattoo.
My workout plan goes like this

Walk/Gazelle 2miles a day
Upper Body Pyramid workout 3 times a week
Abs (crunches on ball or on mat) 3 times a week, ab lounger 2x a wk.
Legs--on ball 1x, weight mach. 2x, and reg work out 1x a week
Butt (on ball 2x a wk and reg. 1x a week)

I have made a small chart for 4 weeks and I have done really good so far. I am going into week 2. It is really not hard to do this just making myself get up and do it is the hard part. When I go to the workout center it is alot easier because there is no one to bother me there.

This is my pledge to myself:

I will lose weight.
I will tone up, shape up and build up my body.
Time is on my side and I will not worry about what others think.
I am doing this for my health and myself.
